Terms of Service

Website use and inquiries

Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact and event details. An inquiry, form submission, or availability discussion does not reserve an event date. Quotes are customized around the experience, setup, participant count, service time, staffing, venue access, location, and event requirements. Final scope and charges are confirmed during booking.

Bookings and payments

A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves the event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Events booked within 7 days require payment in full. Any event-specific booking terms and payment instructions will be provided during booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

The booking retainer is non-refundable. Please contact us promptly if your event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Rescheduling availability and any event-specific cancellation arrangements must be discussed and confirmed with The Squishy Shop. These website terms do not promise a refund, retainer transfer, or rescheduling entitlement beyond the terms agreed for your booking.

Event services and venue responsibilities

We offer hosted Squish & Roll and hands-on Squishy Lab experiences using a Mobile Squishy Bar or an approved Signature Squish & Roll Bike setup. Standard setup and breakdown are included unless unusual logistics are required. Please disclose venue rules, setup conditions, access requirements, and relevant school or organization paperwork when requesting a quote.

The Signature Bike is available for select venues and events, subject to venue and access approval. Ground-floor / first-floor access or an elevator large enough for the bike is required. The bike cannot be transported up or down stairs. Additional travel or logistics fees may apply and will be addressed in your quote.

Intellectual property

Website branding, original copy, and graphic assets belong to their respective owners. Website access does not grant permission to reproduce The Squishy Shop’s branding or content for a competing business or other commercial use.

SMS / Messaging Terms

Program: The Squishy Shop service messages, sent by The Squishy Shop, a brand operated by Dream Aesthetics Enterprises LLC.

When you voluntarily select the optional SMS consent checkbox on our event quote form, you agree to receive messages concerning your inquiry, availability, quotes, bookings, payment reminders, event reminders, scheduling, customer support, and related event or service updates. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Marketing or promotional texts are sent only with separate, explicit marketing consent, if that program is offered.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of submitting a quote request.

Opt out: Reply STOP to stop messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive further messages under that consent. If you wish to rejoin, provide new consent through the opt-in process.

Communications and reasonable limitations

We may respond by email regarding your inquiry and service arrangements. Website content provides general information; availability and event details require confirmation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or delivery of every electronic message. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
