How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare quotes, arrange bookings and scheduling, send payment or event reminders, provide customer support, and maintain business records. We may contact you by email about your request. We send service-related SMS only when you have opted in to that messaging program. Promotional SMS requires separate, explicit marketing consent; submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in promotional texting.

CRM and service providers

We use customer relationship management and communications software to store inquiry details and manage customer conversations. Service providers may process information needed to operate our website, forms, email, SMS, and business services on our behalf. If payment or booking processing is needed, the provider and applicable terms are presented as part of that process. Please do not submit payment-card information through the quote form.

Mobile information and SMS consent

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Providers that deliver our messages or support our customer service may process information only as needed to provide those services on our behalf. SMS consent does not authorize unrelated third-party marketing.
